She is a Certified Emotional Intelligence Coach and Certified DISC behavioural consultant through the Maxwell Leadership team, A neuroencoding specialist and a founding member of the Maxwell Leadership team. She has a certification in Brain Health from Dr Daniel Amen and uses Answer Intelligence in all other techniques to bring about transformation. Omu has worked with clients in a variety of industries, including healthcare, finance, technology, and non-profit, and has a proven track record of helping clients achieve their personal and professional goals.
